Tomorrow is the Great Chesapeake Bay Swim – 4.4 miles across the narrowest portion of the Bay near Annapolis. This is the 9th year in a row that I have done this swim (makes me feel VERY old). Next week at this time I will be in the East River! I will post an update tomorrow after the Bay.
