The beautiful South Bronx, overlooking the more beautiful Harlem River. Nice place to pass by, but I wouldn’t wanna live there.

Working our way through Harlem now. Water is calm, as is the current. Wind is nice, so we’re not getting that smell we got last year.

Heading out of Hell’s Gate toward the Harlem River. Courtney continues to stretch her back periodically. So far so good. For all you swim geeks out there, her current strokerate is 63/min.
